Born Arnold Kamudyariwa, DJ Fantan received his early education at Gwinyai Primary School in Mbare, Harare. He then attended George Stark High School, where he crossed paths with Levels Chillcpot. Fuelled by his passion for music, Fantan transformed his bedroom into a recording studio in 2011, marking the inception of Chill Spot Recordz. Over 12 years, alongside his long-term partner, the brand has evolved into one of the most prominent record labels in the country.
