Dr Kudzaiishe Vanyoro is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) expert, facilitator, consultant and writer who works with organisations and communities to navigate complex diversity dynamics with depth and clarity. Drawing on critical diversity literacy, he enables courageous, informed conversations that move beyond compliance towards meaningful structural and cultural change. He is also a lecturer and researcher with a strong grounding in critical theory, bringing academic rigour, analytical depth and thoughtful scholarship to his teaching, writing and advisory work.
